Steve can be reached at: scrowell@rebound-pt.com
Jessa Huff, PT, ATRIC, CEAS
Jessa is our premiere aquatic therapy specialist with over 17 years of orthopedic and sports medicine experience. She is certified as an Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute Certified Therapist (ATRIC), and has remained passionate about the values of aquatic rehabilitation. This year she added a specialization in Ergonomics, and is (along with Steve) one of Greater Boston's only Certified Ergonomists.
She has worked with numerous neurological and orthopedic populations in both land and water formats. Before joining Rebound, Jessa developed the Aquatic Physical Therapy Program for the Wellness Center of Metrowest, for ProSports Therapy, and Wellesley Therapeutics of Framingham. In each of these clinics, she served as the Aquatic Supervisor and Aquatic Physical Therapy Director.
A competitive swimmer since childhood, Jessa was a Div. 1 NCAA collegiate swimmer, a Water Safety Instructor and swim coach. She is also currently a Red Cross Lifeguard. As a Physical Therapist, she also works with USAA swimmers for stroke modification as part of their rehabilitation. Jessa is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she earned her BS in Physical Therapy.
When not in the clinic, Jessa volunteers as one of the Natick Stingrays coaches, and keeps busy with her husband and girls in Martial Arts training.
Jessa can be reached at: jhuff@rebound-pt.com
Angela Powers, MSPT
Angela brings over 9 years experience in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, joining Rebound from the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. There she worked on both the Acute Care Orthopedics Team and in the Outpatient Clinic. She is also experienced in multi-level rehabilitation therapy through her previous field work in VT and on Cape Cod.
Angela received her combined BS/MS degrees in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in upstate NY. Despite now living in MA, she still considers herself a Yankees fan, but for reasons that the rest of us really cannot understand!
Angela most enjoys working with both upper and lower extremity musculo-skeletal problems, especially post-surgical joint replacements, ligament repairs and trauma.
A compassionate young mom, she and her husband are enjoying the magical years of childhood, raising their young family. Spending time with her extended family is what she loves most when away from the clinic.
Angela's email is: apowers@rebound-pt.com
Tim Kaufman, DPT
Tim is another of our gems found from the BU population of PT graduates. A passionate athlete and sports fan, Tim's initial college dreams lead him along a more traditional science path into research and oceanography. But not long after completing his BA in Biology, where he was also a dual athlete in Football and Lacrosse, Tim realized that he could best combine these two passions more thoroughly with a career in Physical Therapy. His talents at BU earned him a select internship in Birmingham, Alabama, where Sport Medicine became his reality, ultimately graduating with his doctorate in physical therapy.
Continuing to follow his passion for sports, Tim has focused his attention on outpatient Orthopedics and the Young Athlete. With a keen eye and top-notch didactic reasoning, Tim has become a talented diagnostician and skillful trainer. His skills, enthusiasm and expertise in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine bring another competitive edge to Rebound.
When not researching the newest therapeutic techniques, he can likely be found with his family and friends out on the sports field, sailing the Cape waters, skiing, cycling, hiking, mountain biking, or working out in the gym...more than likely with his young son in tow!
Tim's email is: tkaufman@rebound-pt.com.
Patty Magill, PT, CPT, CPI, CES
Patty Magill is very happy to return to the Rebound team after a 9 year hiatus building her own unique practice and it's integrative/full- body approach to therapy. A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in physical therapy, Patty is a licensed physical therapist with more than 20 years experience. She continues to stay current and expand her professional development with advanced training in manual therapy techniques from the Institute of Allied Health at MGH, certification as personal trainer (NASM), Pilates Instructor, Aquatics Instructor and currently in the process of completing her Yoga certification.
Patty’s approach to physical therapy is a “fit for life model” in which she combines her pilates, yoga, personal training, strong sports background and traditional PT approaches to rehabilitation. But in addition to that she believes her patients should have a comprehensive fitness program upon discharge to help them stay fit and injury free.
Outside of Rebound Patty is a part-time professor at Wellesley College in the Physical Education Department where she teaches pilates and wellness courses. Patty’s company (Mobilis) delivers focused, small group pilates and personal training session in her own studio and other community settings.
Patty has been an athlete her entire life (basketball, tennis, golf, softball). Sports continue to be a focus; Master’s swim team member, active cyclist ( once completing a trip across the US on two wheels ) . She loves getting her hands dirty in her gardens, cycling with friends and shuttling her three kids between sporting events – well maybe she doesn’t love the “shuttling” part – but she sure loves the game.
Patty's email is: pmagill@rebound-pt.com
Stephanie Boggs, MPT
Stephanie graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University and has purposefully developed an extremely diverse PT background ever since. From working on a Native American reservation in New Mexico to early intervention pediatric therapy in the deep south, she has remained steadfast and driven toward learning as broad of a range of skills as possible. She enjoys working with various musculoskeletal and sports medicine injuries, and patients from the age of infancy through their senior years; Stephanie loves it all.
Highly trained in various manual therapy techniques, Stephanie incorporates exercise-based treatments to align with her full-body, mind and spirit approach. Originally from South Florida, she fell in love with New England several years ago. Now not only is she a huge fan of the Red Soxs, but also of the varied climates and outdoor environments that the NE offers. Together with her husband and 3 adorable young children, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, rafting and exploring. Stephanie continues to be a competitive soccer player, personal trainer, gardener and cook.
Stephanie's email is: sboggs@rebound-pt.com
Michelle Stebbings, DPT
Michelle received her Doctorate from BU, where she excelled in orthopedics, neurological intervention, and post-op rehabilitation. She developed a program for post-stroke injuries that targeted improving balance and aerobic conditioning. She went on to intern here at Rebound, and we scooped her up as soon as possible!
Michelle’s mother, also a PT who owns/operates her own clinic in NH, exposed her to helping others a very young age. During her undergraduate years as a Nutrition and Food Sciences major at UVM, her love for athletics and the outdoors grew to become key components of her life goals. Serving as captain and president of the UVM Lacrosse while getting involved in community service, she knew her future was meant for a career in Physical Therapy.
Her passion for the outdoors finds Michelle traveling into the mountains as often as possible. She grabs every opportunity available to go hiking, skiing, or snowboarding. She has also been a long-time runner, participating in half marathons when she is not trying out her new love of cycling. With what limited additional time Michelle has, she loves traveling abroad, such as her recent trip to the Alps.
Michelle's email is: mstebbings@rebound-pt.com

She has taken advanced training in many orthopedic and neuromuscular courses, and she is particularly adept in the use of Aquatic Therapy, Closed Kinetic Chain therapy and taping programs.
Rita has been with Rebound since it's inception after already having spent 5 years working with many of the Rebound crew in Framingham. Now in her 10th year with this team, her experience and never ending professionalism have made her an invaluable member of our family.
In her spare time, Rita enjoys spending time with her family and raising her 2 young children, who are continuously involved in sports and the arts themselves!

Brenda Fitzgerald, PT
Brenda has been practicing PT for over 24 years since her graduation from Northeastern University. Her diverse work experience has included time at several Boston hospitals, including New England Baptist, New England Deaconess, Brigham and Women’s, and Shriner’s Burns. She also traveled to Germany and worked in a rehab facility in Heidelberg.
She has worked in the MetroWest region for the vast majority of her outpatient career, continuously expanding her orthopedic and sports medicine focus. She has been the former director of Framingham Sports Medicine, co-owner of Charles River Sports Therapy in Natick, and Program Manager of Sports Medicine at MetroWest Medical Center. For additional fun, she has volunteered for the Boston Marathon Medical team for over 15 years, been a valuable consultant for Knoll Pharmaceutical in their Wound healing division, and an assistant teacher at Northeastern University’s PT program.
Brenda is fluent in German, and greatly enjoys traveling abroad. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe, and has twice traveled to Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Namibia and Zimbabwe. When she is not driving her two daughters or exchange students "all over kingdom come", she and her husband (a local athletic trainer) enjoy comparing notes on the latest sports medicine trick, or helping him train and recover from yet another marathon!
Brenda can be reached at: bfitzgerald@rebound-pt.com

Lauren Miccile, PTAid
Vaulting straight over from James Madison University, Lauren brings a wealth of talent with her ATC degree to her position at Rebound. Currently she has her sights on PT school for 2012, but for right now, we're glad to have found her.
Throughout her undergraduate training, Lauren's passions with athletics and Sports Medicine flourished. She worked with collegiate Lacrosse, Field Hockey, and Softball teams, as well as H.S. Football teams. Her extensive training in orthopedics and sports medicine, along with her certification in Athletic Training make her a perfect fit to our group.
Outside of continuing her post-graduate course requirements in her spare time, Lauren loves spending time at Higgins Beach in Maine, exploring Boston, spending time with family and friends, and running outdoors whenever the chance arises.
Lauren's email is: lmiccile@rebound-pt.com
Stephanie Stark, PTAid
Stephanie has long been a big fan of sports and athletics. She rowed for Wayland-Weston Crew in her HS years, and went on crew for U Mass Women's Crew through her college years in Amherst. These passions clearly influenced her career choices as she is now in hot pursuit of a career in Physical Therapy.
Her degree in Exercise Physiology provided an ideal background for us to swoop up Stephanie as one of our PT Aids at Rebound. Her passions for Kinesiology, Body Mechanics, and Sports Training have been welcome additions to our team. She continues to participate in just about anything adventurous herself, while keeping up with training all year round.
Stephanie is an equally avid spectator sports fan, closely following the Bruins and Patriots when not taking additional prep courses and working out, spending time with friends, or traveling.
Stephanie can be reached at: sstark@rebound-pt.com
Linda Lea Wells, Director of Administration
Linda Lea is a multi-talented, and multitask Tasmanian Devil of an Administrator. She keeps things flying true in our perpetually busy office, and seems to never forget a name or associated insurance provider. Particularly skilled in the details, Linda Lea regularly out-thinks the insurance companies finding their roadblocks and shortcomings, all in the name of helping to get our patients the full benefits they deserve.
Linda Lea has a BA in English and Art from Drew University. Last year, she completed her degree as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is further pursuing an Herbal apprenticeship.
In her spare time she continues to work as a Yoga Instructor and has great interest in Holistic Therapies and the study of Body Mechanics and Human Movement Analysis.

Karen Granger, Administrator
Born and raised in northern New Jersey, Karen is one of the newer members to the Rebound team. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mont Clair State University, but after several years of teaching she decided she preferred to be working in the healthcare environment.
Karen moved to Massachusetts this past year to begin that search, landing an Administrative position with us to get things started. You will find her friendly smile and wonderfully helpful demeanor at our front desk for now, but she has her sights set on a more direct clinical role in the future. With luck, we will be able to have her remain a key part of our organization for many years to come!
In her spare time you can find Karen crafting one of her many creative projects, or cooking up the newest recipe she has found. Being new to the New England area, she is anxiously awaiting the first sign of snow so that she may also start on her desire to learn how to snowboard!
Karen’s email is: kgranger@rebound-pt.com
Kim Wilson, Administrator
Born and raised in Arizona, Kim finds the variety and spice of New England well suits her passions for the outdoors. She transitioned to Rebound after a similar experience working in another health clinic. Now, her sparkling smile and endearing demeanor are eagerly available in whatever way necessary to help each of the staff and patients in our Natick office.
Kim has been working part-time on obtaining her Bachelors degree in Psychology while also working full-time at a second career; raising her always curious and precocious daughter. Not only is she terminally crazy-busy, but laughing all the way with her bright-eyed red-head at her heels.
When not pounding the books, the keyboard and telephone, or her many childrearing duties, Kim also enjoys hiking, running, and yoga.
Kim’s email is: kwilson@rebound-pt.com
Andrew Starsiak, MSPT, CSCS, COMT, CEAS

Andy had been with Rebound for 5 years before moving to Philadelphia in 2008. Now returned to the Boston area, he is the Director of our new clinic in Wellesley. Andy brings a plethora of talent and expertise in Orthopedic Medicine to our growing new clinic.
Another Physical Therapy graduate from BU, Andy has additional degrees as an advanced specialist in manual therapy and spinal orthopedics. With a special interest in injury prevention, Andy is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
When not inventing a new technique for our clinic, he can most likely be found out fishing, hunting deep in the woods, or ‘crafting' one of his newest blue ribbon brews.
Andy's email is: astarsiak@rebound-pt.com
Lisa Scialla-Griggs, MSPT, DPT, CEAS
With a clear passion for helping others reach their highest level of performance, Lisa brings to Rebound a vast array of experiences in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. After completing her BA at UMass Amherst, she joined the Peace Corps in Senegal before turning her attention back to the health care field. Receiving her MSPT from the MGH Institute of Health Professionals, Lisa's passion in the field was unsatisfied until she subsequently completed her doctoral degree.
Her particular bias has been towards Spinal Disorders and Core Stabilization, with her favorite population being the athlete and sports enthusiast. Lisa's skilled hands and keen eye to detail have made an invaluable impression on her patients, as she uses the same drive that she reaches towards in herself to similarly guide others to seek the pinnacle of their own performance.
With additional special interests in injury prevention and advanced manual skills, Lisa continues to advance her talents as she pursues advanced training as an Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Specialist.
Outside of the clinic, Lisa can usually be found out on the sports fields with her children, or out hiking, cycling and training.
Lisa's can be reached at: lgriggs@rebound-pt.com
Sara McLaughlin, MSPT, CMT
Sara brings to Rebound over 13 years experience in orthopedic manual therapy, sports conditioning, and work with the physically disabled population. She received her MS in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis after completing her undergrad studies at Connecticut College. Her particular interest in soft tissue dysfunction led her to pursue an additional degree, becoming a licensed massage therapist with a focus in deep tissue and orthopedic therapeutic massage.
Sara developed a special interest and subsequent talent in working with prosthetics and the particular needs of the physically handicapped after the birth of her son, who has a congenital below knee amputation. As such, she has completed several continuing education trainings for amputee rehabilitation over the past 6 years. Sara is keenly aware of the limited access, accommodations, and minimal intervention available to meet the needs of the injured population. Passionately concerned about people reaching their full potentials, Sara is currently expanding our services at Rebound, creating an Amputee clinic and rehab facility in Wellesley.
When not in the clinic, Sara enjoys her longstanding training in martial arts. Together with her husband Jim, she is rarely found without her two young children along side as they all greatly enjoy staying active with outdoor sports and exploration.
Sara's email is: smclaughlin@rebound-pt.com
Rebecca Crastnopol, DPT
Originally from Florida, Rebecca has had an eye towards medicine and rehab since a young age. An avid swimmer since her youth, she was captain of her D1 water polo team at the University of Florida where she received her BS in exercise physiology. Having had many first hand experiences with PT along her 12 years as a player, and a father who is an orthopedic surgeon, Rebecca knew her destiny was meant for a career in physical therapy.
She is still involved with water polo today, now coaching at BU where she finished her DPT degree (yes another BU ringer!). Her graduate work concentrated in Orthopedics and Vestibular Rehab. She is now continuing to expand her skills in sports medicine and orthopedics, she has also attending the Institute for Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn.
Like the rest of us ‘physical’ people, Rebecca also enjoys weightlifting, skiing and snowboarding, hiking and biking. With what little free time is leftover, she loves to cook, and experiment with new recipes.
Rebecca can be reached at: rcrastnopol@rebound-pt.com

Christina Beachy, DPT
Christina found her way to Massachusetts to be closer to family since her graduation from graduate school. Coming from a family where both parents were in the military, living in various parts of the world has long been a part of her life. Now setting down her own roots in MA, we are very happy to have found this gem, and her many worldly talents and experiences.
Initially pursuing a degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, where she also played volleyball, Christina's interest in sports, exercise, and health found common ground in Physical Therapy. She moved on to Duke University for PT school, becoming even more involved in athletics as a fanatic basketball fan (a Cameron Crazy).
Still passionate about sports, sports medicine, orthopedics and kinesiology, Christina has found the ideal setting with our team at Rebound. As she is learning the ways of Boston sports and passions, she is blessed by the opportunity to be so close to her sister, brother-in-law, and their two 16-month-old twins.
Christina's email is: cbeachy@rebound-pt.com

Jeff Hering, PT Aid
Massachusetts is now home, but Jeff was originally raised in the San Francisco Bay area. Having moved from the west coast to the east, he attended Ohio Wesleyan University in between, where he played varsity soccer and tennis. A passionate and tallented athlete, Jeff's focus turned towards a career in Physical Therapy after spending several seasons coaching and working with youth athletics in the local area.
Returning to Rebound after another coaching season, Jeff has taken on our PT Aid position in Wellesley full-time. His particular interest in training and rehabilitation of athletes has been an ideal fit. Working directly in a hand-on environment that focuses on quality of life and well-being has him completely focused on his goals of helping to improve the lives of others on a progressive basis.
Outside of the office you might catch Jeff coaching soccer in the Metro West area, competing in a triathlon or soccer match himself, or exploring the ins and outs of New England with family and friends.
Jeff's can be reached at: jhering@rebound-pt.com

A Texan, born and raised, more recently from Florida and Connecticut, Melissa joined Rebound after working for over 10 years in customer relations. She has her AA degree in liberal arts and science, and is currently pursuing her degree in Interior Design. When not attending classes, she keeps our office organized as one of our key front desk administrator, helping with client problems big and small.
Another avid sports enthusiast in the office, Melissa remains active both in and outside of the gym. She is currently working towards challenging herself with a cycling century slated for this summer when not trying to keep up with her husband and son on the soccer pitch or baseball diamond.
At all other times she can be found with her family at her side, enjoying traveling and spending time embracing all the curiosities of her son's childhood.
Melissa's email is: marmento@rebound-pt.com
Judy Cyphers, Administrator
Judy is our most recent addition to the administrative staff and brings with her over 20 years of customer service and training skills. During her most previous career she managed the administrative duties for Comcast Cable in Needham. She worked this position for 19 years, ultimately deciding that her career path was ready for a change. Her interest in medical administrative operations led her here to our Rebound family. Currently in pursuit of her BS in Business Administration, Judy has found that managing her studies with direct work in the environment has been well suited to this current position.
In her extra time, she also works in the handcrafted jewelry industry. With a great passion for the arts, Judy has been involved in the industry for many years, as a consumer, artist, and now as a custom jeweler.
A devoted New England sports fan, we can always rely on Judy to be cheering her beloved Patriots, Celtics and Red Sox. And off-season, we know to look for the highest and fastest roller coaster available, as she is also the consummate daredevil!
Judy's email is: jcyphers@rebound-pt.com
Kendra McGraw, Administrator

She graduated from Salem State University with a bachelor degree in business, and has remained in Mass ever since. After 10 years working in the customer service world, Kendra recently joined us at Rebound as our newest member of the administation team.
Eager to make a place for herself in our organization, Kendra’s interest in Human Resources, Account Management and Hospitality Services has been a welcome asset to our business. Currently participating in activities in both our Natick and Wellesley offices, her artistic and creative talents are sure to be found in our literature and on our office walls.
When she's not parked behind a desk, you’ll likely find her outdoors with a camera in her hand following one of her favorite Red Soxs or Pats events, or enjoying the Cape with her daughter Hailey and fiancé Rob.

It took nearly 18 months of persuasion for Michelle to join Rebound, helping us to launch our first OT clinic. She brings a wealth of talent and experience to our team, having accumulated more than 20 years experience, specializing in Hand Therapy for 18 of those years.
Michelle graduated from Quinnipiac College after deciding long before that she was keenly interested in a career in Occupational Therapy. Her initial career training was at Shriner's Burn Hospital, and she later became a traveling therapist moving through the southern states where she focused in acute rehab. Her work in the Greater Boston area has been primarily outpatient based, where she has been able to pursue her passions in traumatic orthopedics including sports medicine injuries, tendon problems, and post-operative care. She has participated in extensive advanced course work in these specialty areas, as well becoming a master in all of the state-of-the-art splinting and bracing techniques.
An equally busy life outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys all the trials and tribulation of raising 2 active young children with her husband, and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Vitale, CMT
Lauren’s natural affinity for things healthy and wholesome started at a very young age, growing up in a down-to-earth, health conscious home. There, artichokes were considered dessert and medicinal herbs were the drugs of choice. By the time she was in her mid-teens she started practicing Yoga, teaching Lauren early on about the science of the body, of the connection between expansive breath and physical alignment, and the meaning of inner stillness.
In college Lauren received her undergraduate degree in Studio Art at Hartwick College in New York, concentrating in Ceramics. Still passionate about health and wellness though, she added a career in massage therapy, graduating from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge. She readily found a way to integrate her love of health, yoga and artistic expression through massage. Lauren has extensively studied Anatomy and Physiology, as well as the refined bodywork of Muscular, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Craniosacral, and Sports-related therapies, with advanced certifications in Reiki II, and both Pre and Peri-Natal Massage.
Through massage, Lauren’s intention is to help clients experience profound relaxation through the integration of muscle and fascial tissue, subtle energy patterns, and deep breathwork.
