Steve Crowell, MSPT, Clinic Director & Founder
Steve is highly qualified in the treatment of a broad range of physical therapy disorders. He has extensive training in manual therapy with specialization in spinal orthopedics, sports medicine and pediatrics. Other areas of expertise include the treatment of post-operative problems, connective tissue disease and neurological diseases. Steve’s previous clinical experience includes: Founder, Co-Owner, and Clinical Director of Wellesley Therapeutics Framingham; Clinic Manager for Braintree Hospital and was instrumental in establishing and setting up the Braintree Rehab Clinics in Chestnut Hill and Framingham; Clinical Specialist in Milford; inpatient/outpatient Physical Therapist at Children’s Hospital.
Steve graduated from Boston College with a BS in Biology and Psychology in 1981, and graduated with high honors with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University. In his spare time, Steve enjoys coaching his children in soccer and baseball, jogging, skiing and being a handyman at home.

Kim Wells, PTA
Kim is a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), a Certified Sports Conditioning Trainer and Personal Trainer. Kim is another one of our specialists who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Water Therapy, Core Stabilization training, and Pilates. Kim's extensive experience and professional interests include specialized Manual Therapy techniques including Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release work, as well as her ongoing interests in personal training, conditioning, and fitness.
Kim graduated with a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Mass Bay Community College and has worked with our founder, Steve Crowell for over 12 years, first helping grow their Framingham office, and since continuing as a key therapist as Rebound. Kim is passionate about gardening, mountain biking, bush wacking through the woods, and just about anything that involves being outdoors!

Rita Chan, PTA
Rita received her BS in General Health Science from Boston University, prior to returning to school to peruse her Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) degree from Newbury College. Rita's professional interests include working with the elderly, and in particular, the treatment of lower extremity dysfunctions. She has taken advanced training in many orthopedic and neuro-muscular courses, and she is particularly adept in the use of Aquatic Therapy, Closed Kinetic Chain therapy and taping programs.
Rita comes to Rebound after already having spent 5 years working with many of the Rebound crew in Framingham. Her experience and never ending professionalism have made her an invaluable member of our family.
In her spare time Rita enjoys spending time with her family, raising her 2 young children who are continuously involved in sports and the arts themselves!

Jessa Huff, PT, ATRIC
Jessa is our premiere water therapy specialist. She is certified as an Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Institute Certified Therapist (ATRIC), and has remained passionate about the values of water rehabilitation. She has worked with numerous neurological and orthopedic populations in both land and water formats. Before joining Rebound, Jessa developed the Aquatic Physical Therapy Program for the Wellness Center of Metrowest as well as for ProSports Therapy. In both of these clinics she served as the Aquatic Supervisor and Aquatic Physical Therapy Director.
A competitive swimmer since childhood, Jessa was a Div. 1 NCAA collegiate swimmer, a Water Safety Instructor and swim coach. She is also currently a Red Cross Lifeguard. As a Physical Therapist, she also works with USAA swimmers for stroke modification as part of their rehabilitation. Jessa is a graduate of the University of Vermont where she earned her BA in Physical Therapy.

Andy Starsiak, MSPT, CSCS, COMT
Andy is a graduate of Boston University where he earned his BS and Masters in Physical Therapy (MSPT). He completed his orthopedic and inpatient clinical training in Oregon, Alaska, and Missouri. Prior to joining Rebound Physical Therapy, he spent several years working with a variety of populations and medical conditions in private outpatient practice on Cape Cod and Framingham, MA.
Andy has advanced certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Also, Andy has recently completed extensive clinical training and development in Advanced Specialization and Certification in Manual Therapy (COMT) using the Maitland Approach program. Andy has special interest in biomechanical dysfunctions of the lower extremities, treatment of spinal disorders and fabrication of custom orthotics.

Benjamin Barron, MSPT, CSCS
Ben is a graduate of Boston University where he earned his BS and MS in Physical Therapy. He completed his orthopedic, pediatric and rehabilitation clinical training in Boston, MA. Ben has worked extensively in Pediatrics, particularly with early intervention and adolescent populations. He is the former Director at Viking Youth Sports Camp where he developed an off-season conditioning program for high school athletes.
Ben has a higher level of certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and he is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ben has special interest in injury prevention, strengthening and conditioning, and rehabilitation for high school athletes.

Jeff McCormick, MSPT
Jeff initially graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of California-Davis. He then headed east for his wife’s residency program in Emergency Medicine, earning a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from Boston University along the way. He completed his clinical training in orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient sports/orthopedics with an emphasis in aquatic therapy in Boston, MA.
Jeff is particularly interested in manual therapy, injury prevention for high school athletes, rehabilitation of recreational to professional athletes, and aquatic therapy. He is an avid rock climber and soccer player, and loves to spend time with his wife, 1½ year old daughter, and baby boy Josiah.
Jeff has recently left Rebound to be closer to his family in CA. Best of luck Jeff!
Luke Hruska, DPT, CSCS
Luke Hruska is a graduate from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Boston University, where he was a Sargent Scholar recipient. He also has advanced training as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Luke has special interests in return-to-sports conditioning, especially regarding rehabilitation of the lower extremities. Prior to pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, Luke earned a B.S. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, and worked as an investment analyst for a financial securities firm in Chicago, IL. He has also spent two exciting years working as a raft guide on the Colorado River as well as a ski patroller in Vail, CO.
Luke is an avid triathlete and has completed numerous New England Tris, including the Timberman 1/2 Ironman and the Vermont 1/2 Journey. He has also raced in the Boston and New York Marathons. Luke enjoys an active lifestyle, and when he isn't endurance training, you can usually find him mountain biking or snowboarding.

Chloe Murdock, DPT, CSCS
Chloe graduated from Boston University, receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and gaining experience in a variety of orthopedic clinical settings in Boston, San Francisco, and Boulder, CO. Chloe’s undergraduate degree is from The Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with honors in Biomechanics, and competed for the Varsity Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams.
Along with being an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Chloe is the primary author of research investigating the biomechanical properties of collegiate distance runners and paralympic cyclists, the former of which was presented at the International Society of Biomechanics XXth Congress. Chloe’s special interests include the treatment of biomechanical dysfunctions in athletes and health promotion in the geriatric population.

Susan Ahern, VP
Susan is the Vice President of Rebound. She has experience in starting up companies in the biomedical and healthcare industry.
It was her passion and belief in the ability to provide the highest level quality of care that united Susan with Steve, and others of their previous Framingham practice, which enabled them to together found our current company; Rebound. It is Susan’s undying commitment to quality, honesty, and the pursuit of perfection that has brought us to where we are today. From business development to marketing to her passion with esthetics to her thorough and committed methods, Susan works endlessly ‘to get the job done and right.’
Susan’s favorite times are spent with her family, mountain biking, camping, hiking and going on adventure vacations.

Linda Lea Wells, Administrator

Linda Lea is a multi-talented, and multitask Tasmanian Devil of an Administrator. She keeps things flying true in our perpetually busy office, and seems to never forget a name or associated insurance provider. Particularly skilled in the details, Linda Lea regularly outsmarts the insurance companies finding their mistakes and shortcomings, all in the name of helping to get our patients all the benefits they deserve.
Linda Lea has a BA in English and Art from Drew University. Last year, she completed her degree as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is further pursuing an Herbal apprenticeship. In her spare time she continues to work as a Yoga Instructor and has great interest in Holistic Therapies and the study of Body Mechanics and Human Movement Analysis.

Bernadette Lawrence, Administrator
Bernadette is a wonderfully pleasant and enthusiastic member of our team. While living in VT for the past 5 years, she has worked for the non-profit student loan organization Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) and attended Community College of Vermont to pursue her teaching degree.
In early 2006 Bernadette relocated to Boston. Soon after walking in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer walk she realized her desire to work in healthcare or a non-profit environment. So began the good fortune for Rebound! She is currently attending Axia University of Phoenix, majoring in Business Management.
Bernadette enjoys traveling, and has had opportunities to see Greece, England, Turkey and several US locations. She spends her extra time advancing her college degree, working on crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
