Rebound’s Elite Sports Conditioning provides a superior level of expertise based upon:

  • Human Anatomy
  • Exercise Physiology
  • Injury Prevention
  • Physical Rehabilitation

Elite Sports ConditioningSport Specific Rationale
Rebound’s sports-specific approach provides the necessary understanding for each athlete to learn how their sport places unique demands upon their body.

By using these demands as a guideline, our athletes will better prepare their body in all 5 areas that define the term strength:

  • POWER
  • AGILITY
  • BALANCE
  • ENDURANCE
  • SPEED
  • FLEXIBILITY

Injury Prevention Rationale
Just as the specific demands of a sport requires a sport specific approach to a conditioning program, so too does an injury prevention program need to address specific areas. Rebound’s therapeutic approach…

  1. Identify an athlete’s potential injury site
  2. Advise athlete on techniques for injury prevention
  3. Focus of normalizing imbalances
  4. Avoid having imbalances become chronic conditions
